Hi, here are the details: GPU model 4060, Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB RAM, single 3200Hz cooler, AIO liquid CPU cooler, MOBO B550 M.II, 1080p resolution. I experienced low frame rates around 45-80fps in games like TARKOV (EFT) and Warzone when using low settings. I've tried updating drivers, RYZEN Master, and enabling XMP profiles. If you have any suggestions or solutions, please let me know.

THIS SOUNDS LIKE A STRONG SUSPECT. BOTH TITLES REQUIRE A LOT OF PROCESSING POWER AND ARE NOT THE BEST FOR PERFORMANCE.

This doesn't seem right, something must be off. Have you installed the newest NVIDIA drivers? Also verify that the power profile in the NVIDIA control panel is set to maximum performance. Try a test by setting a custom resolution of 1440 or 4K in the control panel, then in-game choose 1440p or 4K and run the game. Observe the resource statistics you receive.
