Check your system stats on the BF1 64 player match. You can see your CPU load and the graphics settings. The resolution should be listed there too. Yes, the numbers can be high for an i7 6700K or 4790K, but performance has likely improved since then.

Tell me about your processor and graphics card. Also, let me know if you experience any lag or stuttering during use.

I don't have a GPU, so I don't use it. Your GPU usage is irrelevant to me!

I just completed a Conquest session. My rig runs a 7970 and a 4790k with a stock boost of 4.4GHz. I'm playing at 1080p on the High setting, consistently maintaining around 75 FPS—never dropping below 60. CPU usage for BF1 stays near 50%, and overall system load is about 75%. Screenshots attached: first at the start of a game, second after it ends. The second one shows a lower average on the last frame, but it was after the game finished so CPU was minimal for a moment. Spoiler alert!

I dunno if I would call it a conclusive benchmark. I don't have the best graphics card, and I only play on High rather than Ultra. Just throwing my name in the hat of helpfulness You're welcome! Also, the map I played was St. Quentin's Scar.
