Hey everyone - I'm running into problems when MW Warzone is on, especially with TM open. Once the game restarts, things go back to normal. It seems other games like Destiny 2 and OW don't have the same issues. Got any suggestions?

Your i5 creates a significant slowdown for the 1660 Super – it's not uncommon for quad-core i5s. They've been too weak for quite some time.

It continues to consume resources despite optimization because of poor code quality, and it runs in a Windows fullscreen environment.

I notice the Battle.net app remains active during gameplay. It isn't a solution to your issue, but you should ensure it closes fully when launching games from it. When I used it with Destiny 2, I could run at low settings and barely hit 50fps (R3 2200g, rx480). Then I always closed it before starting a game, which let me play smoothly at medium/high settings around 60-100fps.

Your processor performs at the speed of a Ryzen 3 Zen+ or i3 9th generation, but lags behind a Ryzen 3 Zen 2 or i3 10th generation. Is it surprising that a 1660 Super, similar to a 1070, is limited by its bottlenecks?

You can stop the launcher without ending the game by pressing a key like Ctrl+C or using the appropriate shortcut in your system settings.

Open the Battle.net configuration. There are two main sections: one for handling the X button behavior, and another for managing game launches.
