I activated xmp, applied default RAM configurations, tried profile 1 and 2 with manual timing adjustments, but results remained unchanged. Experimented with higher voltage and lower RAM/CPU settings; nothing improved performance. Consider using the Windows environment to set multiple system parameters to verify power delivery. I checked BIOS behavior by adjusting clock speed, everything functioned normally at 100% utilization.

Well then this is a last ditch effort Try the over clock without xmp as said above and see if that works
