voltage range is 1.056 but shows variations in the bios readout, meaning peaks and troughs differ noticeably. My actual VID is 1.4V. I adjust the vcore offset when necessary and avoid auto mode; disabling core performance boost didn’t help either.

What voltage are you using? Also, which output did you choose and for which setup?

The 3466mhz C-die output voltage is 1.380 units above 1.4, which worsens performance during tests below 1.360.

I chose the default option and used the standard RAM configuration.

Thanks for the update. Your RAM is now a Hyix CJR model, running at 3466MHz after upgrading from 3200MHz.

Consider adjusting the lower frequency slightly. Try a 100:100 ratio and test with 3400. Lower the voltage or run at your stated speeds. Use XMP OC for manual CPU control. If the issue resolves, it may be an FCLK or IMC concern.

You can clarify the exact reasons behind the performance boost in Ryzen Master. It mainly affects the CPU frequency by adjusting the base clock or influencing the multiplier settings. Even without overclocking, setting XMP profiles helps maintain stability and higher performance at 99% utilization. If you try auto-clocking but still face issues, tweaking the multiplier might be necessary. Let me know if you'd like guidance on testing that.

It's normal to feel unsure about Ryzen Master if you're using an Intel CPU. You're not alone in this! Good luck with your learning.

XMP enabled and your manual override didn't function? Try the OC without XMP just to narrow down the choices.
