In the final day every time I launch file explorer, relocate files or download something the performance hits maximum and if it remains there the CPU temperatures increase until the machine becomes inoperable and I must power it off to let it cool. I have a water cooler which was replaced after the previous one failed and has worked without issues so far. I've scanned and confirmed there are no viruses. I'm uncertain whether the issue is hardware or software, but I suspect it's related to software since CPU temps stay normal during demanding games.
Your thermal paste was last changed recently. The fans on your AIO are running smoothly, and the pump is operating normally.
