I possess a Legion 5i laptop equipped with an i5-0300h and a GTX 1650. During gameplay of Rise of the Tomb Raider or Assassin's Creed Unity Msi Afterburner, utilization often reaches 50-60% and occasionally spikes to 75-80%. However, the Xbox game bar and task manager display 100% usage, yet no frame drops, lag, crashes, or stutters have occurred. Both titles run smoothly. Which metrics should I trust? What steps can help reduce this load? (No background tasks are running.) This device is brand new. Thank you in advance!

Is it okay to keep the CPU running at full capacity for extended periods? Temperatures often stay around 65-70°C, but they can rise significantly to 75-80°C during spikes.
