It's just a print screen link, lol. Ram is Corsair 2333. But yeah, it matches what the title says. Because of my BIOS settings, when I enable TVP or TVP II (one of its automatic features), it works perfectly and boosts my CPU output. However, manual mode causes problems. The CPU power is set to 1.8v as the minimum, which is fine. Any help would be really appreciated.
Update - My TVP won't work now, so both manual and automatic modes are struggling. D: I need urgent assistance.
Update 2 - This BIOS is seriously frustrating me, I swear. My friend uses Intel and his setup is much smoother. After a lot of restarts, I fixed it back to my TVP II (3.85ghz), but since it's a 1500x, I want at least 4-4.1. This should be the final update. 😛
The only suggestions I can offer are:
1. Update BIOS
2. Turn off Coo'n'Quiet plus any other power-saving features
3. Switch to Performance mode in power settings
4. Run a test with Prime95 v26.6
5. Consider using Intel next time. It hasn’t caused problems before.

Also, why would you require such a high overclock? 4.0GHz or more is near the chip’s maximum capability.
Since most of what I'm doing requires a lot of CPU usage, particularly during long periods. Voltage Ryzen is set to 1.8 by default, and that's the minimum temperature, which is fine. The temperatures are good, but when I switch it to "performance," it doesn't work smoothly. The legacy system on my motherboard behaves strangely, and it's really easy to change settings, though it doesn't actually take effect for some reason. I'm not sure how to update the BIOS either.
This refers to VCore. The voltage would definitely cause some unusual behavior if supplied directly to the cores. Search for "b350 rog bios update". If everything restarts after reboots, it could indicate a faulty CMOS. I was thinking about performance mode in the control panel power settings. Cool'n'Quiet is located within the BIOS. Also, pushing overclock too high isn't straightforward. Often you need to tweak several parameters to get it working properly. Things like Voltage, LLC, BLCK, etc.
Well Ryzen performs much better in multithreading compared to Intel in all but single-core scenarios. I think I could achieve around 1700x, but I also have my own concerns. TVP sometimes works occasionally, and after a restart it drops to about 1.35ghz with a base speed of 3.85. Or it just doesn't function properly.
As mentioned earlier, updating the BIOS often resolves these problems.

Additionally, if everything restarts after turning off the PC, it might indicate a faulty CMOS battery.
