You might try increasing the clock speed of your Intel-3427U chip. Check if your motherboard supports overclocking and adjust the settings accordingly.

Your device isn't showing any lock issues, but given it's a mobile CPU and relatively old, I wouldn't suggest using it. Could you share your system details? Someone might have ideas for alternatives, and knowing your goals would help.

You could potentially boost performance by tweaking certain options in ThrottleStop, though the gain might be minimal. Few CPUs remain after the X58 generation that support serious overclocking, and none are mobile. You'd likely only see small changes—mainly in battery life—when adjusting turbo and power limits. Overall, it's not a worthwhile investment.

Given its low-power design, it probably runs on a laptop platform. The performance is likely constrained by cooling, so even with overclocking, heat issues would likely force the processor to slow down soon.

I typically score around 90 during gameplay and 70 when idle.

Processor is warm; avoid forcing it when idle. You might need to clean the cooler.

You need a fresh setup and also clean up that cooler since the idle is really low at 70°C. Probably aim for around 50°C for better performance. It’s locked, so not connected to the internet. There are some mobile chips that allow turbo unlock, like the 4700MQ model which people are trying to get working despite old microcode issues. Most seem to have been fixed by manufacturers. As long as the CPU isn’t overheating (between 95-105°C) and you manage to enable turbo unlock, it should work fine. If you can get past the 6F2 microcode, you could boost performance up to around 26 cores. For now, I’m focusing on an SSD and more RAM since I mainly use it for schoolwork. My old laptop with a 4200U still runs well under 80°C when fully loaded, and the cooling setup hasn’t changed much in a while. I’m considering a simple BIOS tweak if it matches the Xeons, but right now I’m not prioritizing extra CPU speed.
