Hello, your Ryzen 5 3600X runs smoothly at idle with temperatures around 35-40°C. When using web browsers it rises to 50-55°C, and gaming pushes it up to 75-85°C. You’ve already changed the thermal paste and used a cooler from Cooler Master—great steps! For lower temps without excessive noise, consider a quieter cooler like the Noctua NH-D15 or a quiet Cooler Master model such as the MT2600. These offer good cooling performance while being relatively silent.

With the stock cooler, it's normal. For better performance, consider a good aftermarket option.

Expectations for temperatures on a stock cooler are typical, particularly when airflow inside the case is limited. For better cooling, consider a dark rock (pro) 4 or nh-d15, but verify your case can accommodate them.

You plan to allocate funds for a few essential items. A budget-friendly tower cooler, such as the Hyper 212 black, is sufficient for cooling needs without breaking the bank.

I could allocate 30-35 euros. I’ll check out your recommendations, thank you!
