Did you build it or was it a prebuilt? If you built it four days ago there is a good chance your thermal paste is plenty wet still and you could try to remount without new paste. I would pull the cooler, look at the paste application and if it looks decent, replace the cooler and give it a gentle twisting motion before securing it. Also, when you pull the cooler you will probably remove the CPU with it. Just be aware.
