CPU temps
CPU temps
You're noticing typical fluctuations in your Ryzen 5 3600's temperatures. Those ranges are generally within normal limits for a stock cooler setup. The spikes to around 69°C during Cinebench are common and don't necessarily indicate a problem unless they consistently exceed safe thresholds. Your current readings of 40–52°C for the CPU and 40–45°C for the cooler seem healthy. Just keep an eye on trends over time and ensure your cooling solution remains effective.
This setup is fairly common with Ryzen 3000 models. It offers quick boosts, temporary temperature rise of about 10°C, and then returns to lower speeds—sometimes up to 1.5v followed by a drop back to around 0.8v within minutes. I’m not sure how much thought was put into lasting performance with this method, but results may vary.
The temperatures are acceptable and typical for a stock cooler.
