Hello, I recently set up a system with an X870 Aours Wifi7 Ice + 9800x3D, using the Lian Li Hydroshift TL LCD as the AIO cooler. The issue is that when the PC wakes from sleep, the CPU temperature spikes to 96°C and the fans run at full speed for a while before it cools down to around 45°C. I've tried connecting the pump to the CPU fan header and CPU OPT settings, reinstalling Connect L3 software, and even enabled ErP in BIOS, but nothing seems to work. I'm concerned this could damage the CPU, so I've turned off sleep mode just in case. Could you help me resolve this? Thanks!

Same issue occurs with identical hardware. Also curious about the problem.

It looks like you're asking if others have discussed this before and haven't received a response.
