Your laptop stays cool at idle with temperatures between 45-60°C and rises to 90-99°C during heavy gaming, while the cooler performs well even in a hot environment of 38-45°C. Your system has an Intel i7-8700K processor, 270GB RAM, and 8GB of memory.

The area where I live experiences summer temperatures reaching 45°C to 47°C as well, yet my idle temps stayed below 45°C. From a gaming perspective, the stock cooler has kept me under 60% CPU usage, though benchmarks pushed it to 100% with peak loads, rarely exceeding around 85°C. I believe replacing the cooler and reapplying thermal paste would help. What cooler are you using?

your cpu or other parts might face issues, and you've observed high usage at startup with temperatures between 75 to 85 degrees, then it drops during gameplay.

Remove the old thermal paste, install a new one, and check the temperatures. Also, consider better Intel cooling solutions.
