I've checked using both Speccy and HW Monitor, but the CPU temperature isn't appearing. The BIOS still shows the value. Since I keep my AIO fans on a high setting, I haven't noticed any throttling during games, so it seems the system recognizes the temp. Here are some screenshots from both tools.

Make sure your BIOS is current and verify temperatures with HWiNFO64.

Thanks for the update! It seems like the problem might have been a software glitch. I've seen HWMonitor stop updating after Comet Lake was released, but HWiNFO64 still displayed the temperatures.
