Hello, I'm in a bit of a pickle at the moment and I need a little help, I just got a Lenovo Thinkcentre M900 motherboard.
When I plugged it in the wall I got no display, no keyboard or mouse reading, the USB's turn on, but the CPU is cold and the fan is really weak, the hard drive does get a little warm but hardly at all, I've tried getting a new PSU since my CPU is a Non-T processor thinking that the 90W PSU wasn't enough, but that didn't work, I tried hard resetting it, unplugging it, holding the button down only while the lights are on for a harder reset..... But nothing.
I know the CPU still works because the CPU paste was spread out on the thermal like it normally it should.

What is the brand and model of the 90w PSU? Additionally, provide a detailed list of all other installed components.

The power supply unit is a Lenovo 90W ADLX90NCC2A, 20V, 4.5A.
The motherboard includes an NVMe drive and features dual channel 24GB of RAM.
(Note: This is the setup I currently have connected)

Is this the correct motherboard you're referring to?

No, it's the Lenovo M900 tiny, my apologies. I should have been more precise.

If the power supply is functioning correctly, the required CPU should fit within the motherboard's specifications.
