Have you figured out how to fix this? I'm using an Asus B650 with a 7800x3d graphics card and a Corsair iCUE H150 360 AIO. The same problem occurs regardless of BIOS defaults or undervolting attempts. In BIOS it stays around 67°C, and when idle in Windows it hits 70°C. Task manager shows only 1% CPU usage. I've also downloaded the Corsair iCUE software and set pump and fan speeds to maximum, but the issue persists.
