Hey everyone, new PC just built. Wondering if these temperatures look typical. I checked the thermal paste and everything seems fine. During boot, CPU temps hover around 50-55°C. When gaming at max settings, temps rise from 65 to 75°C depending on components like the 2montiors 7800x3d and 4090.

You can see peak CPU usage by running Cinebench R23 for 10-30 minutes while using HWinfo64 in sensors-only mode (select during the start). The highest temperature reached is 89°C, and the system will try to maintain that level during maximum load. It's fine to stay within this range while gaming.

It seems typical for a stock 7800x3D under normal conditions. The same chip runs cool at idle, around 40s, and 44-65°C during games—this is usually with a cooler that's not too powerful and possibly an overclock.
