It’s tough to keep up with cooling once troubleshooting becomes a challenge. Over time, the system overheats and the AIO fails. You have two choices: lower CPU/RAM speeds to manage heat or switch to a better cooler. I usually opt for tower coolers that fit your case and use high-quality paste. There’s also a chance the AIO stops working entirely because the liquid evaporates. If you can, bring it back and upgrade to a solid cooler.
Your AIO seems to be running low on power or blocked. You might try placing a 360AIO ahead of the three front fan tubes, positioned at the top. This should help improve performance.

The issue is that AIO units are still promoted as the top cooling solution. I own three nearly-new AIO coolers in boxes, quickly replacing them with tower models once I get my PC built, especially when a 30 series GPU isn't cheap. Even with my 12900K running hot over 82 degrees during a full 16-core test, the tower cooler is pulling all the heat away.
