Your setup is a high-performance i9 10900K with Corsair CMX RAM and an MSI 3070. You've noticed increased CPU temperatures during workloads like WZ2.0 or Cinabench, especially at higher clock speeds. The CPU stays hot in the mid-80°C to mid-90°C range, even when idle, and throttles when things get hot. After cleaning the heat paste, it didn’t help. You mentioned the AIO spins fast but feels no heat coming from the radiator. Since you're new, you might want to check other factors like cooling fan operation, case airflow, or even CPU cooler quality. Consider running thermal monitoring tools and testing with different fans or a different cooler if possible.

It seems the flow isn't happening through the AIO. Did you verify the pump is active?

The RPM is around 3400 and you're noticing warmth along the hose.

Are there any signs of dust accumulation on your heater or fan components?

1. How is it secured?
2. How is it connected and what headers are used for fans/pumps?
3. The 240 radiator seems a bit tight. I'm handling cooling for a system with a 9900k, 7 120s, two 2080 ti's, and I need to increase fan speeds to 1800rpm during gaming while keeping CPU temps between 60-85°C and GPU temps around 55°C. I plan to swap the radiators for two 360 thick ones and a 480 model. The AIO should be plugged into its own header or the CPU header if available. Once it reaches max speed, I can connect fans directly to the CPU, which will draw more airflow when temperatures rise—though there might be a slight delay. Ideally, it should link to water temperature, but only a few AIOs support that feature.

I checked the initial details. The rad is a clean paste with strong effects, but I’m unsure about its movement of the liquid. Can you explore that further?

If one half is warmer than the other, it indicates a problem.
