Playing games indoors without air conditioning can cause your PC temperature to rise significantly. It’s normal for it to reach 70°C or higher. Make sure your system has enough cooling and consider improving ventilation or using a fan. The stuttering feeling you felt might be due to high temperatures affecting performance, not just lag.

What are your specifications? Are these temperatures measured on the CPU, GPU, or somewhere else? Which game are you referring to? Without more details, we can't provide an accurate response.

At my signature, covering most games. I believe my performance is consistent. After about an hour of play, the division 2 began to lag a bit. R6S remains smooth without any stuttering.

I didn't see your signature earlier, but 70c isn't a bad thing at all—don't worry about it.

Your RAM might influence your gaming experience. Ryzen requires quick memory access. While 2666 MB seems adequate, games with high textures demand more processing power from both CPU and GPU.

Ryzen gains more from faster RAM, around 3200 MHz seems ideal. You might want to overclock your RAM. Texture rendering likely runs on the GPU, though I'm not entirely sure.
