I have a Ryzen 7 5800x with a B550-F board and use HWInfo64 to track my SVI2 TFN voltage and core voltages. During gameplay, especially in Destiny 2, I sometimes notice a brief voltage drop to around 0.994-1.006, which is normal for idle but can be noticeable. When I exit the game, both voltage and power draw decrease, though not consistently. The fluctuations aren’t extreme or frequent enough to indicate a serious issue, but they’re worth monitoring. There’s no obvious correlation with Package Power spikes. Overall, it seems within typical ranges unless you experience more frequent drops.
I tried to obtain a sample to check if Core Clocks maintain their performance without noticeable drops. My clocks usually sit between 4.1 and 4.5, but when they dip, they fall to around 3.1 to 3.3. These drops typically last 2 to 6 seconds, yet I haven’t seen any impact on performance or frame stability. Could there be an issue with my CPU?
I’m not sure anything is off. If there’s no slowdown, it’s likely just a GPU limitation (which you’re okay with). I’d go ahead and leave it.

It's normal, the CPU is doing what it's supposed to do. If there was a performance impact with it, maybe be concerned. But the CPU fluctuates constantly as it needs to. Stop monitoring things, it's just giving you anxiety. Only do so if there is a performance problem and you're tyring to figure out why. Right now you're looking at an action and trying to attach a problem to it.

Noted, my Max Processor Power was capped at 99% previously due to something I did a while back—probably disabling the 'turbo boost' feature. I repeated similar actions in Destiny 2 with power enabled, observed no voltage drop, and reached the highest core clock of 3.8, suggesting either optimal timing or another factor at play.
