It finally did play, not sure what that was about. However, it doesn't show which tasks are using so much of the CPU, so not much info there to go on. What speed is your RAM (3200, 2666) and is it DDR3 or DDR4?

Nvidia container functions as a streaming platform, likely included in the GeForce Experience suite. If you're not using it, turning it off might resolve your issue. Streaming demands significant CPU power. If you don’t require it, there should be an option to turn it off. It’s possible you triggered it by pressing an unfamiliar key combination. Adjusting the software should be straightforward if you don’t need that feature.
Also, the AntiMalware at 16% usage seems questionable unless you're actively running a scan. I use McAfee, and it rarely consumes much of that space. I haven't noticed MalwareBytes reaching such levels either.
