The processor refuses to exceed 1.57 GHz despite needing more, and when it does, it jumps to full speed then crashes back down significantly. This behavior isn’t related to overheating—already confirmed otherwise.

Initially it came with a GTX 750, now I changed it to a 560 and I’m not sure about the MMO. The RAM situation is unclear for me too.

You adjusted the Front Side Bus speed yourself? Consider reverting to the default setting and observe the CPU performance then.
