The Cool & Quiet is listed in the BIOS under the CPU performance settings. It relates to the CPU's power consumption and thermal characteristics. Regarding its impact on CPU performance, it helps manage heat output, which can affect stability and efficiency.
Vishera located it and appreciated the update. It now controls clocks based on temperature settings. The feature was turned off, but it functioned properly. The CPU operates at 36 cycles per second. Could this have been affecting performance during gameplay? The system seemed stable despite clock adjustments.
Testing started, took some time but achieved Nvidia control panel vsync at fast speed with triple buffering applied worldwide for each program. Very minor stutters remain—will confirm if this resolves the issue. After resetting vsync and triple buffer, achieved 140fps even at full game settings. However, my monitor only displays 60Hz, so vsync performance must be adjusted accordingly.
