Sure. It won't be as intense as the Intel burn test or Prime95, but it should still perform well enough.

I utilized OCCT and with only Fortnite running achieved a temperature range of 95C to 100C

Have an extra fan placed on the left side of the CPU near the VRMs. This should lower the temperatures. In the end, yes—I’d consider getting a higher-quality cooler.
