It boosts my temperatures and performance significantly compared to cinebench, I haven't used AIDA.

There are a few things causing the heat. If it's not the CPU, the power stage on the motherboard could be the issue. Which tools are you using to check temperatures?

Execute it continuously (several cycles) and ensure smooth performance, then confirm the CPU is operating correctly.
