Back in the early days of Intel and AMD around 2003, they built a 486 socket changer system, but by then it was becoming too complex and costly.

@5F90 Yup, I believe thats the sucker. I never owned one but i used to see the ads for them all the time in the magazines etc... Pretty cool right?!?

Absolutely, it's pretty impressive! I'm still getting used to tech, but this design really stands out and has a nice look.

I brought up an old idea but it turned out great when I built a 3D printed bracket. It helped me locate the wires and then I made it waterproof by sealing it with plastic. After that, I submerged the IHS in a pool and the latency stayed solid because I used copper wires sealed properly. For the model, you can ask for LGA 2011v3 or LGA 1155 versions.
