Hello, I'm facing some difficulties. The setup isn't ideal. I was playing a puzzle game and noticed my computer's CPU usage jumps to 100% during map loading, then drops back to around 40-60%, sometimes causing freezes that forced a restart. Recently, I got a black screen and the PC restarted on its own. After that, whenever I launch programs like Google or similar, CPU spikes to 70-90%. During gameplay it hits 100%, but when idle it's low unless something loads. I've tried different RAM, bought a new CPU, and reinstalled Windows on the old one. Stress tests lasted an hour with normal temperatures. Screenshots from the new system are attached. Thanks to everyone who offered assistance! Here are my details: MSI Mainboard MAG Z490 Tomahawk (7C80-004R), old CPU INTEL CORE I5-10600K, new CPU INTEL COR i5-11600, ASUS ROG STRIX NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6G, PCIe 3.0, 6GB GDDR6, HDMI, Displayport, USB Type-C, Corsair VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) at 3200MHz CL16, Intel Noctua NH-D15S cooling, NF-A15 PWM 140mm fan, Samsung 980 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD (1TB, PCIe 4.0, 7k MB/s read, 5k MB/s write).

It's only a slight improvement from the 10600k, but it's not much. If you used it heavily with a 10600k, you'll face the same issues with a 11600. It's essentially the same CPU.

I thought the CPU was the issue and didn’t want to upgrade the entire system, as the 10600k is pricier than the 11600. I prefer not to replace everything until summer and aim for a temporary fix in the meantime. The heavy load started after the automatic restart. I managed to play CS and BO6 without any issues.

Checking for stutters or low frame rates is normal. If you're concerned about full resource usage, it's okay. In Task Manager, right-click the CPU graph and select "Show all cores" to review details.

stutters mainly during loading, though I know it's not the ideal configuration for high FPS. The new version gave me more frames than the old one on the old CPU when it hit 100% usage—it caused the PC to freeze, but now it's running smoothly at 100% during load and drops back to around 70% while playing in that map. When I returned to my hideout, loading seemed problematic. I took a screenshot.

You have a large number of disks, and it's possible that multiple processes are running on them. If you're experiencing slowdowns, it might be due to background tasks consuming resources. Each disk handling several tasks at once can impact performance.

I have one 1m² SSD with just the windows installed, a single SSD for Steam with my games, and one HDD with no installations.

A 11600 is rather a downgrade than an upgrade from 10600K Then there's 27% usage from background tasks, possibly messing with core priorities, and only letting 4 cores for gaming, which isn't great

I don’t understand the purchase details. You can verify the price difference by comparing the 100€ discount with the listed price of the 10600k model.
