We’re talking about Jesus, guys—just don’t waste your time if you’re not paying attention. I’ve got this issue even at 60 c.

You should relax a bit. I planned to show you how to verify the throttle setting, assuming it was set to high performance. There’s no one perfect solution; just handle it. It’s still far above the base speed.

I didn’t intend to be disrespectful, but I used the word incorrectly. They seem reluctant to acknowledge what they know exists, so they just go ahead and say the first thing that came to their mind—without even reading the title. It’s not exactly a technical term.

I stated it was normal temperature ranges. I didn't mention thermal throttling. TDP throttling refers to power constraints, which are common in laptop processors too. Look into the real reason using HWiNFO logs.

Power constraints often lead to throttling in laptops. Certain Dell models reduce their turbo limits to 5W or less, resulting in frequent power restriction. I reviewed your message and noticed you own an Asus device, though some models share similar concerns. I suggest installing ThrottleStop, enabling the Log File feature, and running a game for about 15 minutes. Afterward, close the game and then shut down ThrottleStop to finalize the log file. This file should appear in your ThrottleStop/Logs directory with today’s date. Share it in your next update and include screenshots of your setup. Many Asus throttling issues are fixable or at least understandable. For Dell users, the situation is tougher. HWiNFO works well but can generate large log files. ThrottleStop focuses on common causes and lets you adjust settings to address these problems. The 9850H model runs at a 35W TDP down mode—hopefully Asus isn’t unnecessarily limiting performance when the GPU is active. Some makers take extreme measures, especially with Nvidia graphics.
