I just moved into my college dorm and sent my PC in my car. When I turned it on for the first time, my CPU reached 98°C. My pump is reporting 12,000 RPM, but I’m not sure if an air bubble is blocking the AIO line—I’m a bit worried. I use a Kraken X63 AIO cooler.

You can gently shift the tower left and right to assist bubbles from the pump. It might help to verify your mounting—consider reattaching it for confirmation if you have thermal paste available. Also, 12000 rpm seems incorrect; could you clarify which header the pump is linked to?

I don’t have anything available at home. I’d need to place an order instead.

If your board includes a pump header, consider replacing it with an alternative. Also, inspect the mounting screws to ensure they are secure and haven't come loose.

Check the CPU fan connectors and OPT fan connectors. The W_PUMP+ connector is missing in the manual, but you should have a pump header. Make sure you’ve used enough thermal paste. Is there still plastic between your cooler and CPU? Verify Kraken X63 installation—ensure it’s positioned correctly and check the highest point. Did you place the PC inside a cabinet?
