Hello, When I restart my PC and log into Windows, opening Opera GX causes the CPU to reach 100% but not to heat up. It seems normal since the temperature drops back to around 5-10% after a couple of minutes. This behavior is typical. Let me know if you need more help!

Starting Windows and launching programs at boot time usually uses full CPU capacity, which is typical and often resolves after a few minutes. If the system remained at 100% with no open applications, it could indicate an issue. Keep in mind: When you first open Task Manager, you may see 100% for a brief moment or two while it checks the system—this is normal too.

SSD is ready now with 16GB, and I’ll upgrade to 32GB soon!

This suggests you likely have many startup requests competing for CPU power at once.
