Cpu ratio won't change
I followed this tutorial; it was helpful.
I watched the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZpYBdKdjBE about overclocking my Ryzen 5 2500x.
After resetting the PC and reopening BIOS, the same settings still appear—38 ratio shown, 40 in the settings but not on the hardware monitor or CPU-Z.
I know the basics but have never done it before.
