Sorry for the confusion, I keep experiencing random CPU spikes with this i7 3770 gtx 670 setup. It's running on 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, but it seems like power issues are affecting performance. No help from AA or anything.

Consider turning off Origin in the game first. If you're using MSI Afterburner, disable it too. Others have shared that these fixes helped them.
