hello everyone, i'm running an i5 3470 at 3.2ghz with a GTX 660 OC and 8gb ram. i'm experiencing sluggish performance even at the highest or lowest settings, and the cpu stays near 100% most of the time. i'm not sure what's going wrong—any suggestions?

Review the background apps. The CPU should work well for AW. It shouldn't slow down a 660.
