My PC specs: contact frame and NHD15S. On i5-13600K it heats up to 200W with TjMax at 105°C. This happens only under heavy stress tests like Linpack Extreme, not during regular use. I'm worried about long-term damage. Undervolting is still in progress—I'm at -0.075V (~0.1270V) and 400MHz, trying to lower voltage to reduce temps. Also, the highest I've ever pushed this CPU was around 253W in OCCT AVX2 tests. Is that a problem?

Check for issues with your cooling system or temperature sensor. Re-seat the cooler and verify it's firmly attached. Ensure the fans are operating correctly.

You're experiencing very high temperatures, likely above 100°C. The cooling system is struggling, and the temperature drop from 5.5 to 3.7 seems significant. Adding thermal paste might help, but you should monitor closely.

Feeling near any area suggests temperatures around 85-90°C would be okay for a high-effort task. During idle times, it changes but for reference, my CPU stays near 45-50°C (though the AIO might affect this).

I'm in the mid-60s to low 50s, planning to reposition the CPU, check the frame, and put back thermal paste to test.

It worked well after the thermal paste change, but the BIOS showed a high temperature. I wonder if I applied too much pressure when installing it. What should I do next?

You might consider disabling the e-cores when you only play locally, which will lower temperatures significantly and won't impact gameplay since most people don't rely on them. The NH-D15S may not be sufficient for these Intel processors; a 360mm air cooler would be more suitable.

I really don’t want to invest more than 100 on this PC. I’d rather keep the e-cores intact since I also use F@H and believe they’re suitable for that.
