What does "hot" mean? A 5900X is a powerful CPU that draws 80-100W during gaming and typically reaches about 70°C under regular use, rising higher when PBO is applied. Did you accidentally undervolt the cores? You might also want to restrict PPT/EDC/TDC settings. Avoid comparing it to Intel chips—they don’t heat up as much, just more consistently.

Seems like there were too many images loaded in BIOS, which isn't typical. The cooler appears to be improperly installed.

It could also be useful to tweak the front fans to fit the GPU size. I noticed that shifting the top fan so it blows over the GPU improves performance with NVIDIA FE cards, as it directs fresh air straight into the exhaust instead of letting some escape at the end. Of course, this might not work for your setup since I can't see the fans in context. Adding a top-back exhaust fan also lowered my CPU temperature slightly.
