CPU overheating

Hello, I have a Ryzen 7 5800X build running on Arctic Freezer II 360. I've been using it since 2021 without any problems, but lately my idle CPU temps have risen to 73–75°C. I've tried reinstalling the CPU with fresh thermal paste, but the issue persists. Could you help me? Thanks!

You might not have applied enough force. Reattach the cold plate firmly on the CPU, tightening the screws until they no longer fit, then gently loosen them slightly.

Only two scenarios exist: 1. Insufficient pressure on the CPU 2. The pump is blocked or nonfunctional

I recorded temperatures between 39-46 normally, but yesterday I saw 73-75 after the system started. When I play games, it rises above 85.

You can verify everything by testing the pump's VRM and looking for any issues. Other methods include checking pressure readings, listening for unusual noises, and inspecting connections.
