Does it seem the BIOS isn't keeping your updated clock speed? Are you confident you're preserving your modifications in the BIOS prior to restarting?

Do you want to know if the BIOS isn't keeping your new clock speed? Are you certain you're saving your changes in the BIOS before turning off the system?
