Hi
I'm familiar with turbo frequency too.
I'm running an i5 6600k and set the default BIOS settings, which brought the CPU down to 3.5GHz.
Next time I'll revisit the BIOS and see if it's now at 4.3GHz!
Yes, I did save it.
Max Turbo boost is 3.9, so it doesn't seem like that...
It looks like something might be overclocking it?
Not AI Suite, just checked and set to default...
Any ideas?

You shouldn't rely on Task Manager for clock speeds. Try CPUZ to check the real performance. Your task manager shows 6.2ghz, but it's actually 5ghz.
