Hi there, i'm curious about whether running your cpu at overclocked speeds will bring it back to normal once you're not using it much, like during light tasks. or do you need to reset it through bios every time?

You may increase your CPU's speed while using Speedstep or Cool n' Quiet, but this will automatically slow it down afterward. For optimal stability, it's recommended to maintain a constant clock speed and turn off all power-saving features during overclocking.
