You're just starting with overclocking and have an i7 7700k paired with a Corsair H100 IV2 cooler. You've managed to get it to 5GHz at 1.380V, but under heavy load the temperature fluctuates between around 60°C and 70°C, peaking near 90°C on some cores. Is this still within safe limits?

When it reaches around 90c, things are getting quite hot. If it had stayed in the mid-60s to low 70s, things would have been much better. Check out the intel thermal guide here.
