It seems like the issue might be related to several factors. Could you clarify if the problem is primarily with the CPU or another component? Also, what cooling setup do you have in place?
I accessed the system to exchange parts with the old ones and everything functioned properly initially. After putting everything back without closing it, it still worked, which led me to think the CPU was the issue. I bought all of these components in the winter, assuming they would be fine. Recently, a few days ago, the problem began. I have a Corsair case known for poor airflow and am using the included fan. Would a water cooler help? Should I replace the case or adjust settings in BIOS to improve cooling? I’m new to this PC setup and just started when COVID hit.
The assumption came from noticing a drop in performance or sudden shutdowns. The BIOS or software such as Ryzen Master displayed the CPU temperature, helping confirm if it was overheating.
