On my three different systems
Two remain functional
One relies on the page up and down keys along with in and field to modify values
The other employs the plus and minus keys on the number keys for value changes

In reality, the best choice for that CPU and board should focus on core performance improvement or turbo cores that raise turbo speed. Check for the multiplier and adjust it with vcore offset. This CPU is too powerful for the board you're using. You're setting yourself up for a major problem.

Well actually, the best choice for that CPU and board would be one that offers core performance improvement or a turbo core type, which raises the turbo speed. Check for the multiplier and adjust it with vcore offset. That CPU is too powerful to fit on this board. You're putting yourself in a tight spot. But it's also locked (it won't switch from auto to manual).

Is your device using a mouse or a keyboard for interaction?
Are the highlights and input fields being activated through clicks or keyboard presses?

Crosslhs82x2 :
Do you have your mouse or keyboard active while doing this?
Is highlighting and typing in a field done by clicking or by using keyboard keys to modify?

On mine use arrow keys to highlight field press enter
Use +/- numerical keys to change.
