I'm trying to boost my i5-3570K and using CPU-Z to keep track of the system. I'm puzzled because under the multiplier section it shows x16.0 (16 - 41) and sometimes it briefly switches to x33.0 (16 - 41). I don't get why the multiplier isn't set to the single number 42, which is what I entered in the BIOS. Also, the voltage keeps changing even though I've kept it at 1.2V in the BIOS. If anyone can clarify what's going wrong, I really appreciate it.

To maintain the desired value, you need to switch to manual mode and disable power-saving options.
