I gathered everything and placed it on my workstation bench. I restored all my old files because I needed my PC functioning. I wasn’t sure about the post-process steps (step by step) and had never managed to get close to turning it on or seeing the BIOS properly. I can flash the BIOS as mentioned before, but that’s the only indication of life in the system. I’ll try what you suggested tomorrow—I’m a bit frustrated with this setup now, but thank you for your assistance!

I followed all your instructions. Only connected the two CPU cables, added the RAM, and installed the CPU cooler. Still, there are no lights or any signs of activity. I also tried both RAM sticks, but nothing worked even when I couldn’t boot.

I also had the 24-pin connected, otherwise there would be no chance of starting. I noticed only the 24-pin was installed in the other device, so I thought you should connect the 8-pin connectors too. Apologies if my explanation wasn’t clear enough. You’ll need both the 8 pins and the 24-pin plugged in. The pins 16 and 17 on the 24-pin connector are connected by the motherboard to signal the PSU to activate when you press the power button or short the power pins.

I'm planning to send an email to Amazon with the documentation and check their initial response. If they offer a replacement, I'll hold off. Thanks for your support!

Then it seems the most probable issue is a dead motherboard or CPU first, followed by the GPU.

Verify the clamping force on your NZXT AIO CPU unit. The excessive pressure led to boot issues and blue displays. You may need to adjust its position further.
