I've relied on this site's assistance for years now, yet only recently signed up. My main concern is finding a solution that matches my situation exactly—I'm at a loss and would prefer to keep restoring Windows as a final option. If anyone has advice or recommendations, I'd be deeply appreciative.

To recap what I've tried:
- Restarted the computer
- Installed any available Windows updates
- Restored from a previous restore point
- Used Ryzen Master and MSI software
- Cleaned fans and applied new thermal paste
- Provided my system specs (motherboard, GPU, CPU details)
- Attached task manager and CPU-Z images

Please let me know if you need further details or additional screenshots. I'm open to any suggestions that could help diagnose the issue without requiring a full reinstall. Thank you in advance for your time and support.

Typical cause is a virus or malware. Download Malwarebytes and perform a scan.

Proceeded with the scan and confirmed no issues. Checked Windows Defender as well, but nothing found. Have you considered alternative solutions? Also, could running at 100% utilization lead to problems? Appreciate your help!

Same process, just done yesterday with Windows Defender. If Full scan means turning on all features, then I did that. I don’t need Malwarebytes premium. The setup was straightforward—removed a few PUP files, restarted the system, but the issue remains.

The progress remains consistent across all games you've tried. It might not be a technical issue but rather something related to your system or settings.

You're still puzzled about the situation. It's been more than two and a half weeks with full capacity, no changes, just steady at 100%. The temperature is now 130°F—still within an acceptable range.
