You're looking for a quality Z390 board. I've got H310 boards for you, but your son upgraded to an i9-9400 because he plays more demanding games. Your daughter needs a solid PC, and while the H310 can't be overclocked, it's still a great choice.

The board might manage the task to some degree. Retrieve hwinfo64 data showing min/max/avg frequency per core and motherboard temperatures. Provide the Cinebench R20 result.
