CPU is running hot ?
I reviewed the bios and noticed the CPU's clock speed is high, yet the AIO was detected by the MB, so it wasn't the issue. I switched "OC Explore Mode" from expert to normal. After that, I restarted Windows and the temperatures went from 38°C to 70°C, then increased to 100°C with fans kicking up.
What is the AIO exact model? The photo in post #3 appears to show two fans (240mm radiator). Any cooler can be connected to the board as long as the CPU socket is compatible. Whether the cooler has sufficient cooling capacity to maintain normal CPU temperatures is another issue. From what you mentioned before, I assumed the cooler was functioning correctly. Does it produce any unusual noise? When it operates, do you notice any vibration when touching the cooler block on the CPU? Also, could an air bubble be obstructing its performance? If so, lifting the case with the cooler attached and gently shaking it might help remove the bubble.
Through a series of eliminations, I realized the pure loop 2 FX 240mm isn't sufficient for cooling an i7. The pure loop FX 360mm would have been the better choice.
PC part picker indicated compatibility with my system, though I reviewed the listed compatible CPUs in the description. 🤦

Also the i7 isn't suitable for 5.6Ghz and 1.4V... Temperatures might stay the same with a more efficient AIO, just running quieter since the CPU isn't pushed as hard.
