Hi Everyone, I changed my GPU yesterday and now the PC is making a lot of noise (CPU and fans are spinning fast). It looks like the BIOS isn't recognizing the fans, and even the SIV app doesn't work. All cables seem to be connected properly, but I tried switching back to the old GPU and the problem persists—loud fans and the CPU red light stays on. I can't adjust fan speeds through any settings, and the BIOS feels very slow. My specs are: B450 Aorus Elite MB with 3200 MHZ 8x4 CPU Ryzen 5800X3D. The new GPU is RTX 4070 Ti, and the old one is TUF RTX 3070. I've reset the CMOS and reinstalled BIOS already. Do you think the motherboard might be the issue?
